Job Description:

Are you an experienced Health Care Assistant looking for flexible work? Join our team and make a real difference in the lives of elderly residents. We offer long days, night shifts, and split shifts to suit your availability. Working on agency gives you the chance to work with diverse clients, including those in learning disability services, hostels, homelessness support, and more.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting with daily living
  • Promoting independence
  • Supporting individuals with dementia, mental health needs, learning disabilities, and physical health challenges
  • Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
  • Communication support
  • Encouraging participation in activities

Requirements:

  • 6 months UK care experience in the last year OR 1 year in the last 5 years
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
  • DBS and reference checks
  • Willingness to undertake personal care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
