Job Description:

This is a 12 month maternity cover for a Healthcare Assistant (Nights) role at Oaklodge Care Home in Chard. The position involves working 36 hrs per week, providing care to residents, ensuring their dignity and respect, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support with personal care needs
  • Help residents take part in special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Enablement workers, and NHS professionals

Requirements:
