Job Responsibility:

Support residents with personal care needs
Help residents take part in special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing
Work directly with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Enablement workers daily to achieve resident outcomes
Work collaboratively with NHS professionals as part of partnership working

Requirements:

Care regardless of qualifications or experience
Share and demonstrate values of Humility, Accountability, Achievement, Passion, Integrity
Enhanced DBS check in relation to Children and Adults
