Job Description:

Absolute Homecare Solutions Inc. offers compassionate, in-home care services for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those needing support with daily living tasks. Our team works closely with families to deliver personalized, high-quality care — all in the comfort and familiarity of the client’s own home.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provides hands-on personal care and support to clients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Monitoring clients' conditions and promptly reporting any changes to the Care Manager
  • Includes medication assistance in accordance with company policy while upholding professional standards and always respecting the dignity, privacy, and autonomy of each client

Requirements:

  • Active registration and practice permit as HCA are required
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required
  • Applicants based in Lyalta or neighboring areas are preferred
  • Previous experience in a home care or healthcare setting is an asset
  • Familiarity with supporting seniors or clients with complex care needs is a plus
  • Experience in providing companionship or emotional support is preferred
