Job Description

Absolute Homecare Solutions Inc. offers compassionate, in-home care services for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those needing support with daily living tasks. Our team works closely with families to deliver personalized, high-quality care — all in the comfort and familiarity of the client’s own home.

Job Responsibility

Provides hands-on personal care and support to clients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Monitoring clients' conditions and promptly reporting any changes to the Care Manager
Includes medication assistance in accordance with company policy while upholding professional standards and always respecting the dignity, privacy, and autonomy of each client

Requirements

Active registration and practice permit as HCA are required
Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required
Applicants based in Lyalta or neighboring areas are preferred
Previous experience in a home care or healthcare setting is an asset
Familiarity with supporting seniors or clients with complex care needs is a plus
Experience in providing companionship or emotional support is preferred
