Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Implement and activate Mentally Healthy Workplace Strategy
Promote health and wellbeing initiatives across all levels of the organisation
Collaborate closely with key sections, including People and Culture, Safety, and Workers Compensation
Ensure the organisation meets ethical and regulatory requirements for workplace health and wellbeing
Develop and deliver initiatives supporting a sustainable and supportive work environment
Focus on initiatives that address mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing of staff
Act as a key advocate for organisational wellbeing, driving practical, inclusive, and proactive approaches

Requirements:

A highly collaborative approach and ability to build strong internal relationships
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong understanding of workplace psychology, especially in relation to mental health and psychosocial risk management
Passion for community wellbeing and creating positive workplace cultures
A proactive and strategic mindset focused on improving employee experience and organisational support
