Health and safety manager

• Overseeing the effective operation of the organization’s Health & Safety management framework
• Reviewing and improving procedures, guidelines, and related documentation when necessary
• Ensuring that policies and safety documentation remain aligned with current legislation and regulatory requirements
• Verifying that workplace facilities meet appropriate safety standards for employees and visitors
• Conducting periodic inspections and internal audits
• Coordinating and supervising collaboration with external Health & Safety advisors
• Working closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Monitoring any technical or construction activities taking place within office premises from a Health & Safety perspective
• Planning and delivering training initiatives to promote awareness and compliance among employees

• Approximately 5 years of experience in Health & Safety roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and external partners
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to manage priorities and maintain high standards of safety compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
• Ability to prepare reports, analyze results, and present key findings or recommendations to senior management

A postgraduate qualification or professional certifications in Health & Safety will be considered an advantage
