Job Description

Do you have previous experience in identifying and evaluating potential workplace hazards, implementing preventive measures, and training company personnel on health and safety regulations? Job Responsibility

  • Implementation and improvement of the unit's Health & Safety program in close cooperation with the Factory Management
  • Establishing strict controls for high-risk operations (Permit to Work, LOTO, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces)
  • Maintaining an active presence in the field to oversee the safe operation of facilities and contractor activities
  • Conducting Job Safety Analyses (JSA), regular inspections, and leading incident investigations using root-cause analysis
  • Delivering safety training to personnel and coaching teams to foster safe behaviors
  • Ensuring full compliance with Greek/European legislation and the company's internal global standards

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Production Engineering, or related field) and active TEE (Technical Chamber of Greece) membership
  • Proven experience 2+ years of relevant experience in a Health & Safety role within an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Excellent knowledge of H&S legislation and proven experience with critical risk standards (LOTO, PTW, etc.)
  • High energy and a strong field presence, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all organizational levels
  • Ability to train, communicate, and influence employees on health & safety matters
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset

Nice to have

Certifications such as NEBOSH will be considered a strong asset
