Health and Safety Coordinator

• Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Develop and implement safety policies that align with OSHA standards and organizational goals
• Monitor workplace conditions and recommend improvements to enhance safety
• Provide training sessions to employees on occupational safety procedures and practices
• Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with management to ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols
• Evaluate and update safety procedures to address emerging risks and challenges
• Maintain accurate records of safety audits, inspections, and incident reports
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all health and safety-related matters

• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
• Proven experience conducting safety audits and implementing corrective measures
• Familiarity with occupational safety principles and practices
• Ability to develop and deliver effective safety training programs
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and records
• Previous experience in a health and safety role preferred
