Job Responsibility:
Responsibility for the application and execution of all procedures related to occupational safety, health, and environmental protection, as well as their review and control in production and projects
Contribution to the creation of safe and healthy working conditions within their scope of responsibility, explores sources of danger, and makes proposals for their elimination
Active participation in the operation and continuous development of the Company's occupational safety system, in accordance with ISO 45001, legal, TCCC, and CCH group requirements
Participation in the preparation process of business planning (CAPEX/OPEX), supervision of the timely completion of planned tasks
Active participation in the development of the H&S culture
Participation in the implementation of corrective actions initiated in the areas of responsibility (TCCC and CCH group requirements, external and internal audits)
Participation in the investigation of accidents and near-misses, reports, and preparation of necessary risk-reduction measures
Occupational safety preparation, permitting, and supervision of high-risk works, training of subcontractors
Organizing, holding, and tracking occupational safety training for employees
Participation in projects, supporting the project team. Identifying development opportunities, initiating measures directed towards this
Leading and developing the Behaviour Based Safety program at the production sites, training BBS observers
Requirements:
At least Secondary vocational qualification in Occupational Health and Safety
5-10 years of relevant work experience gained at a manufacturing company
Proactive and project-oriented mindset
You communicate firmly but in a people-centered way at all levels
With your basic English knowledge, you understand professional documents
Nice to have:
Higher education degree in Engineering (Occupational Safety Engineer)
Proficiency in the installation and occupational safety support of new production lines
Experience in the chemical industry
