Job Description:

Are you passionate about driving Health & Safety standards from good to great? We’re looking for a Health & Safety Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our strategic direction across Logistics and Retail. Working closely with our Health & Safety Manager, you’ll help define and uphold compliance standards, embed best practices into daily operations, and provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on collaboration, champions change, and wants to make a real impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Champion our Health & Safety strategy across Logistics and Retail
  • Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and legal obligations
  • Analyse data and produce high-quality reports to identify risks and recommend improvements
  • Launch and support a refreshed Health & Safety communication strategy
  • Present insights and trend analysis to senior leadership
  • Guide stakeholders in setting meaningful Health & Safety targets
  • Advise on legislative changes and their impact on the business
  • Conduct site reviews and thematic assessments using risk matrices
  • Deliver training and support projects, including new site openings
  • Maintain strong relationships with regulators and external authorities
  • Help us maintain our RoSPA Gold Award status

Requirements:

  • Tech Iosh membership (CertIOSH preffered but not essential)
  • Already hold or working towards a level 6 NVQ diploma in occupational Health and Safety
  • Strong communication, influence and confict management skills
  • Ability to collaborate across governance roles and all levels of the business
  • Excellent IT Skills, including Excel and Power BI
  • Experience building high-quality reports and translating data into actionable insights
  • Self motivated with great time managment skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Ao sites or client locations
