Job Responsibility

Promote a positive safety culture through coaching, mentoring and constructive engagement with operational personnel
Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with management teams to implement effective corrective actions
Monitor compliance with company policies, Network Rail standards, industry regulations and statutory requirements
Liaise closely with clients, including Network Rail representatives, and attend meetings on behalf of the company
Support the planning and safe delivery of works, ensuring risks are identified, assessed and appropriately controlled
