Part-time Health & Safety Administrator role for a real estate commercial property consultancy and service provider. This is a temporary position working 2 days per week fully office based in Marylebone, with hours from 09:00 - 17:30. The role involves supporting health and safety initiatives and creating a safe and compliant environment.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate the program of site inspections and audits across all managed properties
Support the health and safety management system in alignment with departmental and business compliance plans
Prepare compliance reports for discussion at relevant committee and Board meetings
Collaborate with third-party providers to arrange health and safety audits for managed buildings
Manage the delivery of agreed training programs and maintain a training attendance matrix
Monitor the group H&S email, responding to inquiries and escalating issues as needed
Oversee the supply, ordering, and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Complete various administrative tasks including systems use, filing, inventory management, and room bookings
Schedule monthly reviews with H&S consultants and facilitate bi-annual SRM meetings
Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and policies
Assist with budget and cost control responsibilities
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards
Previous experience in a health and safety role is a plus
