In this short-term role, you will provide administrative support to the health and safety team. Your base office is preferably Bristol or Bath, but can be flexible depending on your location, with the option to work from home. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Job Responsibility
analyse incidents and manage the triage stage of the incident
obtain key information to ensure a smooth and effective incident triage
support safety partners in pursuing further incident information
create presentations via Microsoft PowerPoint
support the health and safety manager
Requirements
experience in Microsoft Teams, Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel and Word
strong and effective communication skills
high organisational skills
the ability to analyse basic data and present it in an easily readable format
effective decision making
Nice to have
IOSH Managing Safely or and/or NEBOSH General Certificate
Experience in digital safety incident management systems
