• Lead membership sales and engagement team

• Balance operational excellence with creative programme development

• CIMSPA-accredited Level 2 Gym Instructor course
• Proven track record in membership growth, retention, and programme development
• Strong knowledge of gym equipment, health-related impacts of physical activity, and financial monitoring
• Confident in recruiting and training staff, managing customer enquiries, and delivering promotional campaigns
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends
• Passion for improving community wellbeing

Level 3 or 4 CIMSPA accreditations in specialist areas (e.g., Pilates, strength and conditioning, nutrition)
