• CIMSPA-accredited Level 2 Gym Instructor course
• Proven track record in membership growth, retention, and programme development
• Strong knowledge of gym equipment
• Strong knowledge of health-related impacts of physical activity
• Strong knowledge of financial monitoring
• Confident in recruiting and training staff
• Confident in managing customer enquiries
• Confident in delivering promotional campaigns
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends
• Passion for improving community wellbeing

Level 3 or 4 CIMSPA accreditations in specialist areas (e.g., Pilates, strength and conditioning, nutrition)
