We are partnering with a progressive independent special education provider to recruit an experienced Headteacher for an exciting new school launch. This greenfield project offers a rare opportunity to build an educational environment and a staff culture completely from scratch. It requires a leader with a strong foundation in the special educational needs sector who excels at practical execution. Because this setting is being established from the ground up, the role demands a proven SEN expert who can step in and navigate complex requirements from day one. Mainstream leadership transitions will not suit the immediate needs of this project. In return, you will benefit from extensive operational backing. Supported closely by a dedicated Chief Operating Officer with a wealth of expertise in Ofsted inspections and policy management, you will be freed from compliance isolation. This exceptional support allows you to focus on active, visible leadership, mentoring your staff directly on the school floor.
