Job Description:

We are looking for the industry’s best Head Waiters / Supervisors to join our opening team. You will lead floor operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a world-class experience while supporting and mentoring your team.

Job Responsibility:

Lead floor operations
Ensure every guest enjoys a world-class experience
Support and mentor your team

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as a Supervisor in a high energy dining environment
Exceptional service skills and guest focus
Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
Proven ability in building effective relationships
Organisational and time management skills
Experience using a time & attendance system, H&L or similar
Exceptional communication and presentation
Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
Must possess a valid RSA certificate
