We are looking for an inspiring Head Waiter to join our Event operations team at Estelle Manor. The on target earning potential for this role is £36,705.61 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising of a base salary of £28,385.61, plus a qualified estimate of £8,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.
Job Responsibility:
Creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our members and guests
Oversee the food and drinks service during our events
Answer any member enquiries
Strive to go the extra mile to ensure every member and guest receives genuine and personalised service
Help to coach and mentor more junior colleagues
Assisting the management team with an efficient flow throughout our Event operations
Requirements:
2+ years of experience on the Event operations floor
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting
