Job Description

Join our opening team for Cooper's Cut, our brand-new signature restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge. Cooper's Cut is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Head Waiter / Waitress to join our team and help shape a world-class dining destination in the heart of London. With a focus on quality ingredients, bold flavours, and warm, intuitive service, this is more than just a place to eat; it’s a place to experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver confident, engaging service and lead the team during service periods
  • Lead a section of the restaurant
  • Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams
  • Support the Assistant Manager with daily operations and team supervision
  • Anticipate guest needs and personalise each interaction
  • Maintain a polished, professional presence and uphold Four Seasons standards
  • Assist with training and mentoring junior team members

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Head Waiter or senior server in a luxury or high-end restaurant
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • The Right to Work in the UK
