About the Role This role suits an experienced nurse who can hit the ground running and play a key role in supporting clinical standards and team workflow in a busy practice. Your responsibilities will include: Lead the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care and clinical support Coordinate daily operations, including rostering and team allocation Support veterinarians across surgeries and clinical procedures Work closely with veterinarians and support teams to ensure smooth clinic operations Manage stock and ensure accurate handling of restricted drugs with the support of the Clinical Development Lead Drive team performance, development and a positive client experience About You Diploma in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent). 3+ year’s experience as a Veterinary Nurse. Confidence in surgical nursing, anaesthetics, and patient care.
