Job Description:

The Head Universal Banker is a leadership role responsible for providing exceptional service delivery to internal and external customers while guiding and supporting the branch team. Responsibilities include executing financial transactions and sales, coaching and mentoring team members, handling client onboarding, and promoting digital solutions.

Job Responsibility:

lead, coach, and support Universal Bankers and Tellers
guide clients and team members in complex transactions and ensure exceptional client experience
monitor day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with policies
educate clients on digital access channels
execute financial transactions and sales, such as opening accounts and credit cards
resolve client complaints/issues promptly and effectively
create a welcoming and friendly environment for clients and employees
provide coaching and guidance to team members
promote and participate in sales and service programs
use marketing tools and digital technology to present product offers
manage supply of cash for branch needs

Requirements:

2-4 years relevant experience
experience with face-to-face customer service, digital engagement and basic sales/referrals
open, client service orientation and desire to help customers is required
sales experience desired
excellent verbal and written communication skills
analytical and problem solving skills
basic computer and digital tools skills
retail experience (preferred)
