Job Description

About the Role As a Head Therapist, you will lead the spa therapy team in delivering exceptional treatments and wellness experiences. You will ensure quality, consistency, and training across all therapies, while supporting smooth daily operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise spa therapists, providing training, guidance, and support
  • Perform high-quality spa treatments in line with luxury standards
  • Oversee scheduling, treatment allocation, and guest preferences

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a head spa therapist, including leadership
  • Internationally recognized certification in massage/spa therapies
  • In-depth knowledge of treatments, wellness products, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and guest-focused service.
