Job Responsibility:

  • Recruit and retain the best talent on the market
  • Design and implement the restaurant kitchen’s policies and procedures
  • Develop, design and implement new menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef and SUSHISAMBA team
  • Develop teamwork throughout your teams as they grow

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in sushi production or similar cuisine in high-end, high-volume restaurants
  • A good level of spoken and written English
