Job Responsibility:

Own the day‑to‑day rhythm of the spa treatment team — coaching, inspiring, and elevating therapists to deliver standout guest experiences
Champion our W brand philosophy by ensuring every treatment feels personalised, polished, and flawlessly executed — from welcome ritual to post treatment vibe
Partner with the Spa Manager to fine‑tune protocols, introduce new experiences, and ensure all services stay aligned with W’s bold, fashion‑forward identity
Oversee treatment room readiness, product stock, cleanliness rituals, and equipment standards — ensuring the space always feels elevated, seamless, and W-worthy
Serve as the spa’s point-of-expertise for technique, product knowledge, and best practices — empowering the team to deliver service that’s sharp, confident, and buzzing with W energy

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 year's experience in Beauty and Spa, ideally with a broad skill set within a luxury environment
Confident in upselling and promoting retail products and spa services
A genuine passion for the Beauty and Spa industry
Enthusiastic about learning, growing, and exploring new products, spa treatments, and innovative equipment
Holds a current Level 3 Beauty Therapy Certificate, with up-to-date skills
Proven expertise relevant to the role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
A vibrant personality
Must have obtained the right to work and live in the UK
