Head RVN position at an independent veterinary practice in Hampshire. The practice offers first opinion and referral services including orthopaedics, cardiology and advanced CT imaging. The role is part of the Leadership Team at a growing practice.

Job Responsibility:

  • Direct line manager of team of nurses
  • Report to Operations Director
  • Oversee rotas, staff training and development, clinical standards, growth opportunities and patient pathways
  • Overall responsibility of nursing quality of services
  • Mentoring students and new graduates
  • Facilities maintenance
  • Recruitment

Requirements:

  • Significant post-registration experience in a small animal clinic
  • Exposure to referral services
  • Clinical coaching certification is a bonus
