Job Description:

As our Head Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive the warmest of welcomes and supporting the Reception Manager in guiding the team and running a smooth operation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive the warmest of welcomes
  • Support the Reception Manager in guiding the team and running a smooth operation
  • Lead by example: Support the reception team, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service
  • Handle guest relations: Manage reservations, address guest inquiries, and resolve any issues with professionalism and care
  • Team building: Assist supervisors and management with developing the team

Requirements:
