  • Establish robust preventive and predictive maintenance structures to maximize machine uptime, reduce recurring breakdowns, and close current team gaps regarding design and technical fundamentals
  • Partner closely with Production, Quality, and R&D to smoothly execute New Product Introduction (NPI), process readiness gates, and strict quality compliance standards

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a highly relevant technical equivalent
  • A minimum of 10 to 15 years of robust engineering experience within an automotive assembly, precision electronics, or high-volume discrete manufacturing environment, with proven experience leading multi-functional engineering teams
  • Strong, hands-on technical expertise in equipment troubleshooting, automated tester systems, process engineering layout, and advanced root cause analysis methods
  • Solid technical knowledge spanning tooling design, custom fabrication, process control systems, and modern asset maintenance strategies
