We are looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Head Pizzaiolo/a to lead the launch of POCO, our new pizzeria and bar concept inspired by the creative energy of D4100. POCO will be a lively, modern space serving exceptional pizza in a social, inclusive atmosphere. You’ll bring this dynamic concept to life at the oven, defining POCO’s pizza identity and craft.
Job Responsibility:
Lead poco’s full pizza and bar-snack pre-opening setup in close collaboration with the Head Chef and Cluster Food & Beverage Manager
Build and execute an authentic pizza concept grounded in craftsmanship
Work hand-in-hand with our London-based consultants from Dinner for One Hundred on menu development
Design and implement kitchen workflows, production systems and firing standards for pizza and bar snacks
Manage food cost, forecasting, ordering and inventory with precision and ownership
