This role will lead student recruitment, admissions, and enrolment strategies for Foreign University’s India Campus. This role oversees Marketing, Outreach, and the Contact Center teams, ensuring a seamless and efficient admissions process while driving student growth and engagement.
Job Responsibility:
Marketing & Outreach: Oversee branding, digital campaigns, partnerships, and outreach programs to enhance visibility
Admissions Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to attract, enroll, and retain students
Contact Center Operations: Ensure prospective students receive high-quality support, guidance, and information
Enrollment Growth: Drive initiatives to increase student applications and conversions while maintaining quality
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with schools, counselors, industry partners, and regulatory bodies
Process Optimization: Streamline admissions and enrolment processes for efficiency and compliance
Market Analysis: Monitor trends in higher education to enhance recruitment strategies
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
12+ years of experience in admissions, enrolment, or student recruitment
Proven expertise in higher education marketing, digital outreach, and enrolment growth
Strong leadership, data analytics, and stakeholder management skills
