Job Description:

Are you looking for a new role? Are you proactive, enthusiastic and a team player who is a self-starter with the ability to work well in a matrix organisation? This is a fast-paced role so, the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects and get ‘hands-on’ when required is essential. Do you have the ability to manage all aspects of the business with the main focus on conversion rate optimisation. You will be expected to manage my clients web development program with agency partners & in house web developers. You will be able to own, end-to-end development and execution of change and optimisation of the website. You will be working closely and collaboratively with colleagues within the digital marketing team to ensure website development is In line with the KPI targets. My client expects you to be highly competent across key analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe. You should have experience utilising tools such as Hotjar, GA and Google Optimize to analyse and improve digital content, journeys, and campaigns. You will have a team of 2 to manage and have experience in growing teams.
