Job Description:

Senior technology leadership role reporting directly to the Head of Wealth Technology. This critical position will lead the transformation of Citi's Wealth Technology Stack into a single, unified platform, driving innovation, efficiency, and a superior client experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the Wealth Technology Platform
  • Lead the end-to-end transformation of the Wealth Technology Stack
  • Drive adoption of modern technology architectures including containerization, public cloud, and microservices
  • Lead agile transformation of the development organization
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, product managers, and stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with key technology vendors
  • Develop and manage the platform budget
  • Identify and mitigate technology risks
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of technology professionals
  • Ensure compliance with restricted technology guidelines
  • Accountable for wealth intra-day bookkeeping processes
  • Oversee phased rollout of new stack
  • Establish and maintain enhanced testing environments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • +15 years of experience in technology leadership roles with focus on wealth management or financial services
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformations
  • Deep understanding of wealth management technologies and business processes
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong understanding of technology architecture principles
