Job Description:

Senior technology leadership role reporting directly to the Head of Wealth Technology. This critical position will lead the transformation of Citi's Wealth Technology Stack into a single, unified platform, driving innovation, efficiency, and a superior client experience.

Job Responsibility:

Define and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the Wealth Technology Platform
Lead the end-to-end transformation of the Wealth Technology Stack
Drive adoption of modern technology architectures including containerization, public cloud, and microservices
Lead agile transformation of the development organization
Collaborate closely with business leaders, product managers, and stakeholders
Manage relationships with key technology vendors
Develop and manage the platform budget
Identify and mitigate technology risks
Build and lead a high-performing team of technology professionals
Ensure compliance with restricted technology guidelines
Accountable for wealth intra-day bookkeeping processes
Oversee phased rollout of new stack
Establish and maintain enhanced testing environments

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Master's degree preferred
+15 years of experience in technology leadership roles with focus on wealth management or financial services
Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformations
Deep understanding of wealth management technologies and business processes
Experience with agile development methodologies
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong understanding of technology architecture principles
