Head of Wealth Production Management Support

• Lead and manage an organization responsible for supporting Wealth technology globally
• Set strategic direction, manage budgets, develop talent, and foster a high-performance culture
• Define and implement Observability processes to ensure health and performance of Wealth technology systems
• Oversee monitoring and automation initiatives to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Manage release oversight processes to ensure smooth and reliable deployments
• Develop and execute infrastructure capacity planning strategies
• Provide technology support for branch planning and advisor recruiting initiatives
• Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity
• Direct service quality and performance for the Wealth business domain
• Drive continuous improvement in Detection, Escalation, Diagnosis, and Resolution efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
• Focus on supporting wealth management or financial services businesses
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing technology support organizations
• Deep understanding of wealth management technologies and business processes
• Experience with Observability tools and practices
• Experience with automation technologies and techniques
• Strong understanding of infrastructure capacity planning principles
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and testing
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners
