Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and supervise the daily operations of internal and external warehouses to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant workflows
  • Enforce strict compliance with bank’s operational, quality, and safety standards
  • Maintain readiness for internal and external audits, ensuring full documentation and compliance evidence is available
  • Implement and manage proper labeling, documentation, and tracking of all stored items, ensuring full traceability
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and bank policies
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment in line with health and safety standards
  • Oversee the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
  • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of items to minimize discrepancies and ensure prompt delivery
  • Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain safety, confidentiality, efficiency, and productivity
  • Ensure the security, organization, and proper management of digital records and archives
