Job Responsibility:

  • drive digital transformation of user experiences, across new and existing digital touch points
  • aiming to delight customers with a superior experience online to drive greater share of wallet and instinctive preference for Exertis, our home brands and key partners
  • ultimately driving greater growth and cost efficiency through online trading and interactions
  • accountable and responsible end to end UX for online user experiences
  • accountable and responsible for all online asset creation from user journey of core online experience to the onsite marketing creation and UX

Requirements:

  • experience of UX and team management
  • experience creating wireframes, user flows, and other UX deliverables to communicate design requirements
