Job Description:

As Head of UK Sales, the role will involve: Develop and implement the UK sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Lead, mentor, and manage a small sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with other departments to align sales objectives with organisational goals. Prepare and present detailed sales reports to the executive team. Oversee the development of sales proposals and contract negotiations. Represent the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities. Please note the main focus is revenue generation vs leadership

Requirements:

  • Proven background in business development and strong knowledge of the Education, particularly the primary education sector
  • Strong network across Local Authorities and MATs
  • Comprehensive knowledge of England, Scotland, Wales, NI education systems
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
  • Passion for Education and Training solutions
  • Ideally some leadership experience, though a proven sales background in primary education is key
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse data and market trends
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering impactful presentations
  • Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Willingness to work remote with travel to prospects and internal meetings
