Proven background in business development and strong knowledge of the Education, particularly the primary education sector
Strong network across Local Authorities and MATs
Comprehensive knowledge of England, Scotland, Wales, NI education systems
Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
Passion for Education and Training solutions
Ideally some leadership experience, though a proven sales background in primary education is key
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse data and market trends
Proficiency in preparing and delivering impactful presentations
Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
Willingness to work remote with travel to prospects and internal meetings
