We are seeking an experienced Head of UI/UX to lead our design vision, crafting exceptional experiences that empower content professionals and storytellers worldwide.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define, communicate, and champion a bold and innovative UI/UX vision that transforms user experiences and aligns with Dalet's strategic objectives
  • Lead comprehensive user research initiatives to deeply understand user workflows, behaviors, and needs, integrating findings into actionable insights and design solutions
  • Establish and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistent user experiences across all Dalet products and platforms
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
  • Drive innovation by keeping up with industry trends and proactively integrating emerging technologies and methodologies into Dalet products
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing UI/UX team, fostering a collaborative and user-centric culture

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise and track record in user-centric design, design systems, interaction design, and visual design
  • Experience working with a large product portfolio, and user journeys across multiple applications
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring UI/UX teams
  • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical abilities to leverage user research, analytics, and data-driven insights for strategic design decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex design concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
  • Understanding of B2B software workflows and collaborative applications, ideally within broadcast, media, news, or sports industries
  • Fluency in English, essential for effective global collaboration
