Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Head of UI/UX to lead our design vision, crafting exceptional experiences that empower content professionals and storytellers worldwide.

Job Responsibility:

Define, communicate, and champion a bold and innovative UI/UX vision that transforms user experiences and aligns with Dalet's strategic objectives
Lead comprehensive user research initiatives to deeply understand user workflows, behaviors, and needs, integrating findings into actionable insights and design solutions
Establish and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistent user experiences across all Dalet products and platforms
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
Drive innovation by keeping up with industry trends and proactively integrating emerging technologies and methodologies into Dalet products
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing UI/UX team, fostering a collaborative and user-centric culture

Requirements:

Deep expertise and track record in user-centric design, design systems, interaction design, and visual design
Experience working with a large product portfolio, and user journeys across multiple applications
Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring UI/UX teams
Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with agile methodologies
Strong analytical abilities to leverage user research, analytics, and data-driven insights for strategic design decisions
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex design concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
Understanding of B2B software workflows and collaborative applications, ideally within broadcast, media, news, or sports industries
Fluency in English, essential for effective global collaboration
