Job Responsibility

Plan, coordinate, and manage import, export, and transit container transportation operations
Develop and implement suitable transportation solutions based on customer needs
Manage effective use of containers within forwarder processes, including loading, unloading, and storage operations
Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, customs brokers, and port authorities
Manage and develop the team
conduct personnel planning and performance tracking
Support the digitalization of operations through the use of systems and technology
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction
Prepare performance reports related to the department and present them to senior management
Monitor departmental KPIs and take corrective actions when necessary to achieve targets

Requirements

Over 5 years of experience in an international transport environment
Specific expertise in maritime logistics and waste legislation
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Proactive communicator, comfortable using the telephone as primary tool
