Leadership role to lead strategic direction of training governance, regulatory alignment, and workforce competency across the organisation. Drive training excellence, ensure sustained compliance with global regulatory standards, and foster culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Job Responsibility:
Development and Implementation of training strategies across all manufacturing sites
Developing and monitoring metrics for training compliance and effectiveness
Ensuring all new starters have a great joining experience
Supporting work based apprentice and students placement supervisors
Participate in promoting training and education both internally and externally
Committing to ongoing CPD and attending courses
Developing and leading a high functioning site-based training team
Ensure appropriate level of resource and expertise is in place
Ensure team have clear objectives in place
Requirements:
Passionate & Driven
Experienced in a similar role and can operate autonomously
Collaborative team player
Experienced in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare with background in GMP Aseptic pharmaceutical or healthcare
Strong Communication Skills
Tech-Savvy and highly proficient with all Microsoft Office software
