We’re one of the largest crypto trading firms in the world trading over $5B each day. Trading Operations ensures 24/7 operation, on-time and accurate settlements, correct P&L, efficient capital management, and secure setup.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the team that keeps the market trading machine humming: trade bookings, P&L, reconciliations, and settlements
  • Oversee liquidity, margin, collateral, and capital allocation across multiple exchanges, DeFI trading venues, trading partners, custodians, and banks
  • Understand our on- and off-exchange trade requirements and build error proof processes, automate repetitive steps, and setup training
  • Partner with Trading, Finance, and Risk to validate flows end-to-end, improve visibility, and deliver accurate, timely reporting
  • Hire, coach, and oversee the team, define KPIs, and raise the bar on order, accuracy, reliability, and speed
