Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Ukraine. If you want to influence the development of modern logistics and work in a dynamic and international team, join AsstrA.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, motivate and manage a team to achieve goals and deliver high quality results
Supervise team performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching
Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within the team
Facilitate communication between team members and management
Report on team performance and participate in strategic planning
Analyse the market and participate in tenders

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in the groupage road transport sector
Possesses in-depth knowledge of international freight transport and groupage cargo organisation
Experience in managing a team and implementing effective solutions (will be an advantage)
Able to build constructive communication with clients and partners
Results-oriented, responsible and proactive
English language skills for business communication will be an advantage
