Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, motivate and manage a team to achieve goals and deliver high quality results

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in the groupage road transport sector
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of international freight transport and groupage cargo organisation
  • Experience in managing a team and implementing effective solutions (will be an advantage)
  • Able to build constructive communication with clients and partners
  • Results-oriented, responsible and proactive
  • English language skills for business communication will be an advantage

  • Compile tender packages including schedules, specifications, and supporting documentation
  • Prepare Building Regulations notes and assist in coordinating project delivery
  • Attend site visits, contractor meetings, and client meetings as required
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure projects are delivered accurately and in line with the design vision
  • Support the management of project programmes, budgets, and timelines
