William Grant & Sons is seeking a dynamic, forward‑thinking technology leader to elevate our global Technology Service function and support the growth of some of the world’s most iconic spirits brands. As Head of Technology – Service, you will steward a business‑critical technology estate—ensuring resilience, security and performance while driving modernisation and alignment with long-term corporate objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Significant senior IT leadership experience (8–12 years)
  • Skilled in modernising legacy estates and building forward‑looking roadmaps
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, integrations, infrastructure and service operations
  • Experienced in cyber security, data privacy, governance and compliance
  • Confident operating in cloud‑first environments with awareness of emerging technologies
  • Strategic, influential and customer‑focused, with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
