As Head of Technology – Service, you will steward a business‑critical technology estate—ensuring resilience, security and performance while driving modernisation and alignment with long-term corporate objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver exceptional Technology Services aligned with the William Grant Way, focusing on scalability, security and continuous improvement
Lead global operations and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless service and strong performance
Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders, shaping technology solutions that advance business goals
Equip technical business partners to engage early and drive high‑value initiatives
Oversee application and system integration to ensure smooth, reliable interoperability
Uphold governance standards across policies, controls and compliance
Drive modernisation and innovation across the application support landscape
Collaborate across IT and business functions to prioritise and deliver key projects
Lead, develop and inspire a high‑performing, future‑ready team
Requirements:
Significant senior IT leadership experience (8–12 years)
Skilled in modernising legacy estates and building forward‑looking roadmaps
Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, integrations, infrastructure and service operations
Experienced in cyber security, data privacy, governance and compliance
Confident operating in cloud‑first environments with awareness of emerging technologies
Strategic, influential and customer‑focused, with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
Passionate about coaching, developing talent and building high‑performing teams
