As Head of Technology – Delivery, you will lead a diverse programme and project portfolio that modernises our technology landscape and enables future growth. You’ll ensure delivery is fast, disciplined and strategically aligned—shaping solutions that move the business forward and unlock long‑term value.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the technology roadmap, ensuring clear priorities and timely delivery
Oversee a multi‑year portfolio across applications, data, infrastructure and digital
Embed modern delivery frameworks, governance, risk management and reporting
Translate business needs into actionable delivery plans
Partner with Technology Service to ensure smooth transition into stable, secure operations
Manage vendors and partners to ensure value, quality and effective delivery
Retire legacy technologies and enable modern digital ways of working
Build and develop a high‑performing delivery team focused on ownership and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Extensive senior IT leadership experience delivering complex enterprise change
Proven track record in transformation, legacy modernisation and long‑term roadmap planning
Strong programme, project, portfolio and benefits‑realisation expertise
Broad knowledge of enterprise applications, digital platforms, data, integrations and cloud‑first architecture
Strategic, commercially aware and effective in fast‑paced, matrixed environments
Credible and influential with senior leaders and Boards
Decisive, resilient and confident navigating ambiguity
A collaborative leader who builds high‑performing, continuously improving teams
