Are you an experienced Technical Manager ready to take the next step in your career—or already operating at Head of Technical level? We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual to lead the technical function in our clients fast-paced food manufacturing facility based in Malaysia. This is an important strategic and visible role, which is a part of the senior leadership team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring technical and food safety excellence across the operation, working to supply some of the UK’s most respected retailers, including M&S, Tesco, Waitrose, and Morrisons.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the technical function in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility
  • Play a key role in ensuring technical and food safety excellence across the operation
  • Setting and consistently driving excellence in the Quality agenda – ensuring rigorous and robust adherence and systems are in place
  • Lead, manage and motivate the technical team
  • Managing a leading position with all customer communication

Requirements:

  • UK Food Manufacturing Experience essential—specifically supplying major UK retailers
  • In-depth knowledge of BRC standards is required
  • experience with M&S and Tesco standards is highly desirable
  • Strong, hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative and fast-moving environment
  • Clear communicator and problem solver, committed to continuous improvement and quality assurance
