Working closely with the Maintenance & Facility Manager, you implement structural improvements and ensure a safe, eco-conscious workplace for your entire team.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and structure daily maintenance activities to guarantee maximum availability of all automated installations
  • Coach your team of technicians and operators, providing support for complex faults within automated storage and retrieval systems
  • Execute the preventive maintenance plan while contributing to long-term technical upgrades and innovations
  • Manage administrative follow-ups, work permits, and reporting through clear management dashboards
  • Optimize the use of spare parts and subcontractor activities to ensure high-performance standards

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience within a maintenance department of a highly automated industrial environment
  • Excellent knowledge of electromechanics, can fluently diagnose Siemens S7 PLC programs
  • Proven track record in coaching teams or ready for a first step into a leadership role
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English
  • Enjoy working in a two-shift system and comfortable working at heights within our automated warehouse
