A leading global telecommunications and technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced Head of Technical Sales to drive business growth with multinational corporations from East Asia expanding into international markets. This role will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and developing strategic relationships with large multinational enterprises as they expand their global footprint. The successful candidate will have technical solutioning expertise themselves who can take full accountability for delivering revenue growth, improving customer experience, and expanding strategic enterprise accounts across multiple geographies. The position offers an opportunity to work with complex multinational clients and deliver advanced connectivity, cloud, and digital infrastructure solutions across global markets.
Job Responsibility:
Provide technical leadership in enterprise solution design, working closely with Solutions Architects and Sales Engineers to develop and position complex solutions across LAN, SD-WAN, SDx architectures, security, UC&C, and managed services for multinational enterprise clients
Lead technical discussions, solution workshops, and customer engagements to translate complex networking and infrastructure requirements into scalable, solution-led opportunities aligned with enterprise architecture and global connectivity strategies
Lead and manage a team of Global Account Managers across the region
Set clear revenue targets and performance objectives aligned to business goals
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching to drive consistent sales outcomes
Develop and oversee strategic account plans for major multinational enterprise clients
Align sales strategies with client global expansion initiatives and organisational growth objectives
Ensure proactive engagement with key decision-makers across multiple markets
Manage the full enterprise sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through to deal closure
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting across the regional portfolio
Ensure sales teams follow established sales methodologies and qualification frameworks
Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with enterprise customers
Act as the escalation point for complex client engagements
Collaborate closely with presales, technical, and service delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation
Identify and develop new opportunities within the multinational enterprise ecosystem
Expand relationships into new business units and geographies
Drive growth in emerging markets while protecting and growing existing revenue streams
Requirements:
15+ years of enterprise sales experience, including at least 5 years managing outbound enterprise sales teams
Proven track record managing and expanding global enterprise accounts
Strong understanding of enterprise connectivity, cloud services, SD-WAN, unified communications, internet, and security solutions
Experience working within the telecommunications, ICT, or enterprise networking industry
Strong experience in sales strategy, territory planning, and pipeline management
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-country sales cycles
Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills across East Asia, APAC, and Europe
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
Nice to have:
Experience selling enterprise telecom or ICT solutions within global service providers
Strong background in consultative and solution-based selling
Proven success in leading high-performing enterprise sales teams and delivering revenue growth
