Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting, mentoring, and supporting a high-performing team of Program Managers
  • Demonstrated ability to execute TPM work as a senior leader—owning end-to-end program strategy, roadmap development, and milestone tracking for critical security and IT initiatives
  • 10+ years of experience establishing and leading large, complex, cross-organizational initiatives within security engineering, security operations, and technology
  • Proven experience working effectively as a bridge between security and engineering-focused teams to align on strategy and to drive work forward
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively across diverse, globally distributed, and international teams
  • Hands-on experience leading programs in security engineering domains (such as vulnerability management, identity and access, and cloud security), and technology (such as vendor portfolio management, budgeting, and effective adoption of AI solutions)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to serve as the executive point of contact for major security and technology programs
