Job Responsibility:
Lead product strategy for cutting-edge renewable automation and control software (e.g., SCADA, power plant controllers, hybrid energy management)
Drive development of a multi-year product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market trends and emerging technologies
Lead a team of Technical Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation and cross-functional collaboration
Engage with utilities, regulators, and key industry stakeholders to understand market dynamics and customer needs
Act as a technical sales liaison, supporting the sales team and expanding market share through strategic product positioning
Requirements:
15+ years of experience in Technical Product Management for T&D Automation & Control software
Strong background in renewable power plant controls, SCADA, and hybrid energy management systems
Experience in cloud platforms, AI/ML, and edge computing for power systems is highly valued
Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing product teams
Experience with utilities, regulatory bodies, and grid modernization initiatives
At least 3 years’ experience in technical sales or supporting sales teams is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
An MBA or Master’s in Power Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field
