Job Description

We’re seeking a Head of / Team Lead to lead Sales Planning & Performance for AUTO1 Group’s B2B business. This strategic role is critical in supporting our ambitious growth targets by owning performance planning, forecasting, target setting, sales enablement, and operational execution across 10+ European markets. In this role you will shape the long-term sales strategy while bringing operational excellence to the day-to-day. You’ll partner with VP Sales, Country Directors, Finance, BA, Marketing, Product, and Tech to drive scalable and intelligent growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead sales forecasting, planning, and KPI framework across all EU markets
  • Standardize and optimize sales processes, workflows, and automation
  • Run and improve sales incentive scheme and individual target settings for the whole B2B sales organisation
  • Own sales tooling roadmap, including AI Sales Agent development and adoption
  • Define lead-gen strategy, market intelligence models, and territory design
  • Shape value propositions, GTM strategy, and HQ projects rollouts
  • Partner closely with VP Sales, Country Directors, Finance, BA, Marketing, Product, and Tech

Requirements
