Job Description

As a Head of Tax & Structuring, you’ll play a key role in leading the evolution of our Group’s corporate architecture. In this role, you will be a key architect of our international growth, ensuring that our structural footprint is optimized for both efficiency and regulatory robustness. You will act as a strategic partner to our leadership team and Boards of Directors, navigating the complexities of a fast-growing, regulated financial ecosystem.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead Structural Strategy - Drive the redesign of the Group’s structure to support long-term strategic evolution and multi-jurisdictional expansion
  • Regulatory Integration - Ensure the Group’s tax architecture remains robust as our regulatory perimeter evolves, anticipating structural and supervisory risks
  • Global Transfer Pricing - Design and implement a transfer pricing model that reflects our capital allocation and risk-bearing capacity across the EU
  • Strategic Advisory - Provide actionable insights on structural tax efficiencies and capital flexibility
  • FS Tax Management - Manage complex financial services tax themes, including VAT cost drivers, treaty access, and withholding tax optimization
  • Strategic Product Design - Act as a key stakeholder in the design of new products, ensuring that tax robustness is embedded into the product lifecycle from inception
  • Lead and mentor high-performing teams, collaborate closely with peers with structured communication and transparency

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in tax within the banking, payments, or regulated investment sectors
  • Proven experience leading group-wide reorganizations within the European Union
  • A strong understanding of how tax decisions interact with financial regulations and supervisory constraints
  • The ability to operate at the Executive Committee level, translating technical tax and structural concepts into strategic business advice
