You'll own the full talent strategy as Gamma scales from Series B and beyond, shaping how we attract, hire, and develop exceptional people across every function. This means partnering closely with the executive team to anticipate hiring needs and design the organization for growth while building scalable systems, tools, and analytics that improve speed, quality, and efficiency. You'll lead, mentor, and grow the recruiting team to deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. As Head of Talent, you'll serve as a thought partner to leadership on market trends, compensation, and strategic talent decisions while driving diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout every stage of hiring. You'll bring both strategic vision and operational excellence, knowing when to build foundational infrastructure and when to move fast to close critical roles.

Requirements:
7+ years of talent acquisition experience, with experience in leadership roles
Proven track record building and scaling recruiting functions at high-growth startups or tech companies
Experience partnering with executive teams on workforce planning and organizational design
Strong understanding of talent markets across engineering, product, design, GTM, and operations functions
Data-driven approach with ability to build analytics and systems that improve hiring outcomes
Deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion with track record implementing effective DEI strategies
Excellent leadership and mentorship skills with ability to develop high-performing recruiting teams
Strategic mindset balanced with hands-on execution ability
